A message from Bremerton (Washington State) reports that the destroyers Litchfield and Farenholt, of the United States battle fleet, collided during manoeuvres. They wirelessed that they were putting in for repairs.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
DAMAGE ONLY SLIGHT. WASHINGTON, August 13. (Received August 13, at 8.5 p.m.) Tho damage to the destroyers Eitchfield and Farenholt is comparatively slight. —Reuter.
