(Received August 1, at 9 p.m.) Repeated efforts by wireless in all directions have failed to obtain word of Major Maclaren, the British globe flier, since the party under his command arrived at Petropavlovsk, in Kamchatka, in July 24. Endeavours to learn the whereabouts ®f the party have been energetically carried on for three days by a Behring Sea patrol of the United States coastguard.—Reuter.
