Otley) said as far as a superannuation scheme was concerned, the board was not to blame. Figures had twice been taken out. What was wanted was one scheme for all the hospital boards in the dominion. All should come in, and the scheme should be national. Contributions should be made by employees of all hospital boards, and they would not then be left in the position they were in to-day on their retirement.
