GERMAN REPARATIONS

SCOPE OF EXPERTS' REPORT. EXTENSION TO FORMER COLONIES SUGGESTED. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, June 17. That the scope of the experts’ report should not be limited to Europe is suggested by Hen" Schacht (President of the Reichstag) in an article m the Vossische Zeitung advocating the formation of an international chartered colonial company for the joint development of the ex-Ger-man colonies by Germany and the Allies. He declares that this logical development was started by the experts’ report. Germany wants markets, especially colonial territories, capable of absorbing her products and her surplus population, and supplying raw materials, the deficiency of which is severely felt in German industry. —Reuter.
