Signor Giolitti and Signor Orlando (ex-Prirne Ministers). Signor Mussolini has assumed the duties of Minister for the Colonies, having appointed Signor Federzoni Minister of the Interior in succession to Signor Einzi, who resigned in order to defend himself against the charge of complicity in tho kidnapping of Signor Mattcotti. The Prefect of Trieste has been appointed Direc-tor-General of Public Safety.—Reuter. FILIPELLI ARRESTED. ROME, June 17. . Fiiipelli (editor of the Corriere d’ltaliano) was arrested at Genoa. Irilipelli s chauffeur (Colini), who brought live car which was used to kidnap Mattcotti, has surrendered to the police.—Reuter.
