DEVOTEES BECOME MURDERERS. tv«ss Association —By Telegraph—-Copyright. uUNDON, June 10(Received .Juno I<, fit 5.5 p.m.) TliC Daily Express's Belgrade correspondent reports that a church festival in that city developed into a most tragic conA crowd was dancing outside the church when an enraged peasant fatally stabbed an onlooker on the grounds that ho was showing improper attentions to his wife. Instantly sides wore taken, and a fierce tight began, in w hich the murderer s friends, armed with revolvers and anives, prevented pursuit. The police afterwards found 20 persons who had been killed and 60 who had been seriously mjuied. A. and N.Z. Cable.
