A GLASGOW DANCE HALL. IRISH REPUBLICAN SYMPATHIES ALLEGED. Press Association —By Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, June 15. At Glasgow the police, suspecting that a hall at the east end of the city was frequented by alleged sympathisers with Irish Republican ideas, carried out a raid during the early hour’s of the morning whilst a dance was in progress. They found a quantity of ammunition and explosives. They arrested five men, who subsequently appeared in court. They were remanded.—Reuter.
