DAUGHTER OF KIPLING. LONDON, June 5. The Times announces the engagement of Mr Rudyard Kipling’s daughter, Elsie, to Captain George Cambridge, attache at the British Embassy at Madrid, who won the Military Cross with the Irish Guards.
