The Daily Telegraph’s Riga correspondent states that the express between Moscow and Riga, carrying prominent Soviet officials, was wrecked by bombs thrown by anti-Soviet conspirators as a reprisal for the reign of terror 1 which has been inaugurated" by the Russian Government against its political opponents. A small army of Red troops rushed the place, <nnd have thrown up lines and barbed-wire defences around the whole district. Detachments are searching for the bombers.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
