RUHR PRISONERS
BELGIUM GRANTS AN AMNESTY. fresa Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, June 10. (Received June 10, at 7.20 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent says that the Belgian Government has granted an amnesty to 50 Ruhr prisoners in the Belgian zone. The Government welcomes the release as facilitating an agreement. Similar action by France is expected.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
