SEARCH FOR ABSCONDER. LONDON November 24. Scotland Yard detectives armed with a warrant for the arrest of Herbert Miller, a Fifeshire bank clerk, are watching outgoing liners. Miller is charged with absconding with bank notes for £IOOO. He told his colleagues that he was going to emigrate to Australia and settle in Sydney.
