TWO MORE APPOINTMENTS. AIR. W. E. C. REID ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER. Ekois Our Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, November 9. Two more appointments in connection with the Empire Exhibition are announced. Mr W. E. C. Reitl, assistant commissioner, is a well-known business man, and is a public accountant in Dunedin. He has had very extensive experience in connection with the management of large stations, and at the present lime is the manager of two such properties. Ho is also financial advisor to several large firms in Dunedin. During the war Air Reid was secretary to the Dunedin Coal Control Committee. He is _a director of a number of firms, and is in close touch with the secondary industries of New Zealand through, his position as secretary of the Dunedin Manufacturers’ Association. In commercial circles throughout. the dominion ho is very well known, and ho is recognised as a loading financial authority. Mr Denys Hpare, of Christchurch, who is made secretary and accountant, is a member of tho firm of Hoare and Kingseoat. public accountants, of Christchurch. He has been in business in Christchurch for the past 30 years, and is very closely associated also with the secondary industries of the dominion. lie is secretary to the Christchurch Industrial Association, and has also boon secretary of tho Industrial Corporation of New Zealand.
