(Received Nov. 8, at 5.6 p.m.) Out of 43 districts in Scotland which have already taken the liquor control poll only Auchterarder, near the Gleneagles Golf Links, has changed its policy, reverting to “wet” from its “dry” vote in 1920. All the districts where the dry majority was continued had the majorities reduced.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
