TRINITY BAND OF HOPE.

The demonstration concert and closing night of a very successful session ot the T unity Band of Hope was held iu toe schoolroom on Saturday night. There was a very large attendance of members and triends. The Rev. , If. E. Bellhouse (president) occupied the chair, and in the course ot his remarks congratulated the band cn its continued success. '1 he secretary’s report show ed an ■ increase in membership of 14 tor the year, and the balance shea showed that a substantial sura was being carried forward for next year. Air S. Lawn, in moving ihe adoption of the report, spoke in complimentary terms of the band ami its work, and wished it continued success in the future. A motion of thanks was passed to the following ladies who prepared the children tor the recent Baud of Hope competitions Misses A. Campbell, Heather Smith, I). Rosevear, Doris Zaffer, and D. Stokes. After the prizes won during tho year had been distributed a bouquet (anonymously given) was presented to Miss V. Smith in appreciation of her many years’ service as secretary of Trinity Band of Hope.
