Dodd crashed into the dreadnought New Mexifco, in the harbour. The tanker’s bow was carried away. Several of the dreadnought’s plates were damaged.—A. and N.Z. Cable. The S. C. T. Dodd was built for the Standard Oil Company of California in 1920. She is a steel screw steamer of 7054 tons.
