W Nosworthy) has been receiving congratulations from dairy farmers m various narts of the dominion on the result of the recent ballot for setting up a Dairy Control Board. From a North Island district came the followin'': —“ Hearty congratulations. Piovision is contained in the Act for the retirement of certain of the producers representatives at stated periods, those to retire hoiri'T determined by lot. They will he eligible for reappointment to the hoard. The term of appointment of the producers representatives is three years.
