MARSHAL TSAO-KUN’S ELECTION. OPPOSITION FROM DR SUN-YAT-SEN. Pmm Association —Bj telegraph—Copyrigol SHANGHAI, October 10. Dr Sun-Yat-sen, the Southern Constitutionalist Leader, has issued a mauifesto, which he has submitted to the foreign diplomats, in which he denounces the recent election, and declares war on the President-elect, Marshal' Tsao-kun, against whom ho has ordered the organisation of a punitive expedition. Dr Sun-Yat-sen is to proceed also against all the members of Parliament who participated in the election. Coincidentally 76 members of Parliament met and repudiated the election of Marshal Tsao-kun, declaring that it was invalid because of widespread bribery.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
