PRINCESS THEATRE.

After one of the most successful seasons that lias ever fallen to the lot of a revue company in Dunedin, the George Wallace Company will bid farewell in the Princess Theatre lo the Dunedin public to-night. There are many who will regret the departure of this talented comedian, whose very appearance on the stage brings forth laughter from his audience. The first half of the programme, which consists of purely vaudeville items, is one a long way out of the ordinary, mid contains items by Ray Kemble (“The Gay Deceiver’’), 'I rixie Ireland (soprano), Mablo. and Malfe (“due Big Clumsy Boy and the Dainty Girl ), and Billy Elliott (black-faced comedian). ODIVA’S SEALS RETURNING. Captain Adams and Odiva’s Seals will be reintroduced lo Fuller patrons on Saturday next, when, with the matinee, a return season will commence. In all there ore nine animals —seals and sea lions, which frolic around in a truly remarkable mariner on stage and in theatre. This same act caused a sensation some two years ago. One of the seals follows Caplain Adams into the auditorium and shows willingness to shake flippers with anyone so disposed: a tumbling seal crosses the stage on his fore flappers like a Person walking on his hanos ; and a seal with highly developed comic qualities mocking!'appreciates the efforts of its partners. Another sea! of the party is a great Arctic beast, and weighs 25 stone. Many other interesting feats are performed, but the foregoing few are sufficient to demonstrate the high merit of the act The concluding acts are those in which Milo. Ucliva and the amphibians frolic, dive, and swim in the big tank. The swimmer remains under water for more than two minutes feeding and petting her seals. The p.an for the opening performances—-Saturday afternoon and evening—are at the Bristol.
