Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright VIENNA, June 24. {Received June 25, at 8.5 p.m.) An International Police Congress has been arranged for the autumn, to which all countries will be invited to send representatives to consider what steps should be taken to safeguard the public against international gangs of cheque forgers, bank swindlers, and money counterfeiters, and to devise means for facilitating the extradition of criminals. In view of the recent great increase in bands of crooks the creation of an International Police Bureau will be one of the items for 'consideration.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
