SITTING ON EGGS
A CURIOUS STORY. Pr«es Association—By Telegraph—Copyright COPENHAGEN, June 24. A man who was summoned before the Police Court at Harderslev wrote excusing his absence because ho was sitting on eggs. A police inspector investigated the matter, and discovered the man in bed upon a sitting of goose eggs. Two goslings were already hatched, and were wandering over the bedclothes. Subsequently his wife arrived and relieved the sitting husband, who went to the court. All the eggs were successfully hatched out.-—Reuter.
