ALREADY SELECTED. (Pee United Press Association;) WELLINGTON, May 30. When the subject of the appointment of the Public Service Commissioner was mentioned to the Prime Minister to-day. Mi Massey said that the Public Service Commissioner is selected. He said also that ho had no other announcement to make respecting the matter. Mr Massey added that the Public Service Commissioner is appointed by the Governor-General, and that all the papers are now before His Excellency.
