AUSTRALIANS''AND NRW ZEALANDERS }N ENGLAND. (From Ode Own Correspondent.) LONDON, April 18 Members of the Expeditionary Force of Australia and New Zcala d wfto are still in England manage to keep together to some extent by means of the Australian and Few Zealand Services’ Association, which, although not a flourishing concern, still serves a very excellent purpose. General Sir Alexander J. Godley acted as president for a term, but owing to his duties taking him to the Rhino ho was obliged to resign, and has since become patron of iho club; Captain Donald Simson, who served with the Now Zealand Forces in Gallipoli, and also in the Boer war, is now president. Since his return to civil life. Captain Simson has taken a great interest in the welfare of the ex-service men, and is joint honorary secretary of the Empire Service League, of which Field-marshal Earl Haig is president. Other officers of the. Club who are New Zealanders are: Mr P. E. Hurlbutf (vice-president), Mr E. Sutherland (member of committee), and Mr Innes Tennent (acting secretary). The club has just issued the first number of a small magazine which is entitled “ The Anglo-Digger.” This is Bent free to all members of the association. Besides giving a good deal of information regarding tho club itself, the magazine publishes items, which are of particular interest to ex-service men who have remained ( in this country.
