DISPUTE WITH BRITAIN. LONDON, January bo. A consortium of wireless companies registered in Britain, France, Germany, and the United States, formed to organise communication among those countries and with tho South American Republics, has called a conference to discuss tho crisis due to tlio British Government’s refusal to grant, tho Marconi Uompany a license lor tho erection of a station in England. Mr Godfrey Isaacs, managing director of tho Marconi Company, said that he could not proceed with tho project till he had interviewed members of tho Government. All tho stations except tho British ono had boon erected. Tho British Government promised in 1920 to grant a license to tho company.
