NEW REGULATIONS. OPERATION GREATLY CURTAILED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright DELHI, January 10. The Royal Calcutta Turf Club has made a new arrangement in connection with the Derby Sweep. Its adoption, it is claimed, will restrict participation in the sweep largely to members of the club'. No tickets will be used.
