The case was adjourned till next Wednesday, on the application of Mr Irwin. Indecency.—Michael Donovan pleaded not guilty to wilful exposure at the Sand-hills.—Sub-inspector Eroles hninded in a statement made by four young girls in regard to the offence. —Accused said he went out to the bench with two men, who left him with'the intention of meeting two girls, and ho then went into the lupins. He denied that the exposure was a wilful one. — Mr Bundle, in convicting accused, said that taking into consideration the fact that accused had been in custody since December 28, ho would sentence him to two months’ imprisonment. Drunkenness. —A first offender was fined 10s. or 24 hours’ imprisonment. A second first offender, in this case a woman, who had recently been ill in the Hospital, was convicted and discharged.
