He denied that the exposure was a wilful one. — Mr Bundle, in convicting accused, said that taking into consideration the fact that accused had been in custody since December 28, ho would sentence him to two months’ imprisonment. Drunkenness. —A first offender was fined 10s. or 24 hours’ imprisonment. A second first offender, in this case a woman, who had recently been ill in the Hospital, was convicted and discharged.
