The list docs not include Australians, and is confined to residents of the United Slates. The first ten singles players are; Tilden, William Johnston, Richards, Williams, Wallace Johnston, Robert Kinsey, Shimidzu (n Japanese resident of New York), Howard Kinsey, Hunter, and Washburn.
