Advices from Bishra state that the remarkable feat of remaining in the air fo’ 100 minutes in an,ordinary aeroplane with the engine shut off by utilising aerial currents was accomplished by a French lieutenant named Thoret. Thoret subsequently made another gliding flight lasting seven hours, using an ordinary unadapted army machine, and carrying an additional weight of 200 kilogrammes.—Reuter.
