SAD DROWNING FATALITY
DUNEDIN MAN THE VICTIM, r. ■i (Pkb United Phbss Association.) - ■ NEW PLYMOUTH, January 3. A young man named Murray, a resident of Dunedin, was drowned in the Mokau Hiver this morning. Deceased was spending his holidays with Mr Charles Ravena tattler, and a distressing feature is thsis Murray was shortly to be married to Miss Haven!. With three or four others Murray went bathing in the river, when suddenly he sank. The body has not been recovered.
