PRINCESS THEATRE.
A very fine holiday entertainment ip pleasing’ the many patrons of the Prince** theatre at present, where an all-vaudeville programme is'provided. The “star”' turn is that of the Staig Sisters in their thrilling “Globe of Life.” In this turn a huge cage occupies the centre of the stage, and the two sisters drive motor cycles at high speed round and round the cage. As their speed increases the higher the two motor cyclists climb, till they are almost moving up and down perpendicularly. They also loop the loop on their cycles, an act which brought the daring performers great applause. Other enjoyable items arc given by Sam St earn, humorous impersonator; Shipp and Kenny, song and patter artists; Marzon and Florence, balancers; Louis Bloy, banjoist; Craydon and Mack, novel dancing; the Andros, violinist and boy ventriloquist; and Maurice Storndale, “jazzing violinist.”
