In the Supreme Court, Auckland, Roy Nash alias Edwards, two charges of false pretences by using valueless cheques, was placed on probation for 12 months. WELLINGTON, December 13. John Tuhi, charged with murdering Herbert Henry Wright at Jolmaonville, was further remanded till December 20. Edward Cecil Hatfield, charged with breaking into and robbing a house in Oriental Bay, pleaded guilty, and was committed for sentence. Timothy O’Keefe and Frances Michael O'Keefe were committed for trial for incest.
