Germany is now a country of extremes. There ore those who nearly starve and there arc others living in luxury. The German Government lias now decreed that high taxes shall be paid by those who partake of the revelries in the Berlin restaurants. The revenues proceeding from this tax will bo turned over to the committee for the feeding of the needy.
