DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. At both, morning and afternoon tall at tha (Dunedin Stock Exchange yesterday Dominion Rubber shares were sold at 18s Gd, Dio market closing with a buyer at that price and a seller at 19s. About a fortnight ago these shares wore sold at 12s. The first sale for some time in insurances was effected at the afternoon call, when a parcel of South British was sold at 36s 9d, which, was offered on two or three occasions during last week without resulting in business The buying quotation for Waites has lately shown a rising tendency, and) yesterday a parcel changed hands at 29s 9d. War Bonds were sought at prices quite up to those that have been ruling lately, and a sale of _5» per cent. Soldiers’ Bonds (1933) was recorded at £39 15s. The buying quotation for Malay Rubbers showed a further increase from 3s to 4s 6d, but sellers were not forward. On Saturday the buying quotation for. the contributing issue of New Zealand Refngeratings was 13s 3d, and the selling figure 13s sd. Yesterday a buyer offered as much as 13s 7d, but sellers showed no inclination to do business under 14s.
