Tho report of tho Fourth Commission shows that the League of Nations is financially embarrassed owing to non-payment of contributions, totalling 5,000,000 gold francs for 1921. The payment hitherto has only been 55 per cent of the, 1922 contributions, while the Budget increased to 12£ million francs. —Renter.
