PRINCESS THEATRE

The present programme at the Princess Theatre seems likely to prove as popular as any that has been presented for a long time. There was another large and enthusiastic audience last night, and the entertainment went with an .even better swing than on the opening night. As before, one of the best turns, and one that proved very popular with. the audience, was the sketch by Frank Bradley and Alice Hamilton (who, by the way, received very effective support from a third member of the company), “Always Tell Your Wife.” Wells and Dqlls, in their acrobatic turn; Raymond, in his cabinet and box tricks and getting out of a straitjacket; George Dean, in his - monologues and recitals: and Carr in his display of. feats of strength, have all won their way into popular favour. Each -of the artists remaining from the previous week provides an item that is well received, and the entire programme is just what a vaudeville entertainment should be. AMERICAN REYTTE COMING.

On Saturday next the very long, run of vaudeville will be brokpn by the advent of the Fuller American Revue Company, a very talented combination of 10 principals and eight ballef; girls. The new company is headed by George Ward and Clins. Sherman, Mr Ward being the principal comedian; and amongst the other leading antists are Harry Burgess, Richard Butler, Maurice Lynch, Misses Mabelle Morgan, Curly Sherwood, Doris Tointon. and Ida Morton. The first revue will be ‘‘Hermie Breaks Into Society.”
