It caught the battleship Set-tsu in the Inland Sea. with the Empress aboard. She was returning to Kobe from a tour of the Imperial shrines, where she had gone to pray for the recovery of the Emperor. The battleship successfully laboured through the storm, but the destroyer Warbi was forced ashore on Shikoku Island. The Set-tsu was the first battleship which wa& built wholly by the Japanese. —Reuter.
