BISHOP LISTON’S SPEECH.
PROSECUTION FOB SEDITION.' (Pen United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 25. The Prime Minister to-day made the following announcement: —“The Government has decided, on the report- of the Crown Law Office, to prosecute Bishop Liston on a charge of seditious utterances in connection with tine speech which he delivered at Auckland on March 17.”
