PIANO COMPANY'S FAILURE
A LIQUIDATOR APPOINTED. Preea Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON. March 23. A liquidator has been appointed for the Brinsmead Pianoforte Manufacturing Co., which was formed in 1916 with a capital of £IOO,OOO to acquire the business of a company which was formed in 1899. The failure is attributed to losses in 1919-20, and owing to the low output and subsequent labour troubles. After the assets are realised there will still be £35,000 owing to second debenture holders, and £23,000 to unsecured creditors. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
