CHINESE MINISTER ATTACKED. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, March 21. (Received March 22, at 8.20 p.m.) An attempt was made to assassinate the Chinese Minister, Mr Tcheng-loh, who, in company with Mr Tsangou, a well-known Chinese engineer, was proceeding to a reception.
