MELBOURNE, January 27. It is officially notified that the war precautions moratorium period has expired. N.S. WALES LOAN FLOATED. LONDON, January 26. A New South Wales conversion loan of £7,000,000 at 6 per cent., issued at 97, has been underwritten.—A. and N.Z. Cable. LONDON, January 27. (Received Jan. 27, at 8.6 p.m.) The New South Wales loan is intended to meet debentures and stock totalling £6,900,000 maturing in August and October. The new loan is repayable from 1030 to 1940.—A. and JM.Z. Cable.
