MISS PARK’S CASE
THE MINISTER’S POWERS. (Peb United Phess Association.) WELLINGTON. January 26. In connection with the Park case, it was stated to-day that papers are in course of preparation askinu for a writ of prohibition or injunction of restraint aa to whether the Minister has the right to institute an inquiry in the way he has done, or to deal with a teacher’s certificate the way lie claims. Tho Minister and Commissioner have both been asked to stay the inquiry pending tho decision of the Supremo Court If this is refused the application for writ of prohibition or injunction will come before the court to-morrow.
