The Greek Minister’s personal opinion about the story of King Constantine’s abdication is that it is without foundation. Any suggestion of cancellation of the loan to Greece if the King does not abdicate is refuted by the financial negotiations now in progress.—A. and N.Z. Cable. [The following cablegram bearing on the matter was published yesterday:—“ The Athens correspondent of the Daily Express states that the British Minister made it clear to King Constantino that normal relations with Greece cannot be restored until he abdicates in favour of Prince George, hia eldest son. It is understood that King Constantine has decided to abdicate shortly in the interests of Greece. _ If ho changes his mind the recent financial arrangements will bo cancelled.]
