WAITAHUNA SPORTS CLUB

The annual sports mooting of the Waitahuna Sport® Club was held on Monday last. Tli© day was. beautifully fine, and a large gathering resulted. This, together with an excellent programme and, gratifying entries, was responsible for a moot successful meeting. ‘ The ootomitteo had all arrangements well in hand,’ and all Worked effectively for the success of the day’s sport. The secretary (Mr A. Bateman) and . the president (Mr a.. Wightman) again had charge of the details, and weer assiduous in their efforts to attend to the wants of thoir patrons.
