(From Our Own Correspondent.) SAWYERS’ BAY, January 6. The rainfall registered here for the month of December was 367 points. Rain Jell on 16 days, the .heaviest fall being on December 25, when 116 points fell. ORARI, January 5. The rainfall registered here for the month of December was 1.02 points. Rain fell on 14 days, the heaviest fall being on December 19. The laghest shade of temperature was SScleg., on December 11; the lowest being 45deg., on. December 21. The total rainfall for the year was 23.78 in, compared with 29.53 in, 28.79 in, and 27.35 in for 1920, 1919, 1918 respectively. The plains are very burnt up and a good rain is badly needed.
