Colonel O’Neill has been compelled to taka this step owing to pressure of work in connection with his private practice. Bates and Mr Brio Nicol, who the staff of the Dunedin Y.M.O.A. in order to secure additional experience in America. Mr Nicol’s destination is Now York. He hopes there to get into one of the large American - Boys’ Divisions. Mr Bates will probably stop in Chicago, where he will attend the International Y.M.C.A. Training School. Both Mr Nicol and Mr Bates expect ua return to New Zealand fully equipped to carry on work in connection with the Y.M.C.A.
