EMPIRE THEATRE

A pictorial adaptation of the novel “Beau Revel,” by Louis Joseph Vance, is the leading attraction in the change of programme at the Empire Theatre. He asks her to marry him, but she refuses. Nellie’s brother, however, .gets into financial difficulties, and to help him she goes to Beau Revel’s rooms to ask him for assistance. Dick also arrives, and after a stormy scene Nellie leaves them both. The misunderstandings, however, are ultimately cleared away, and a happy ending is brought about. The supporting subjects are an Arbuckle comedy and a topical gazette.
