Announcements of Births, Marriages, and Deaths sent by post for publication must bear the signature of oar agent, a clergyman, or a J.P. Charge (or these, 8s each prepaid, or 4s if booked, when not exceeding live lines, and 6d for each line over five. In computing the lines of space to be occupied, advertisers are notified that they can reckon six words to the line. All words over 30 are, therelore, charged at 6d for each six words.
