Late-fee letters at mail van at 8.30 a.m. THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 15. For Tonga, Samoa, and Fiji (per North Express), at 10.15 a.m. (to connect with the Tofua at Auckland). Late-fee letters at guard’s van at 11.15 a.m. All parcel mails now close at this office twice daily only—viz., noon and 4 p.m. F. J. Chisholm, Chief Postmaster.
