BALES BY AUCTION. gpECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT RE SALE OF DR TRUBY KING’S ESTATE, TAHAKOPA. LOT 3,— HOMESTEAD FARM, AN IDEAL STUD FARM, PERFECTLY ADAPTED FOR DAIRYING. The Steading is now used for machinemilking nearly 100 cows. • This Farm will not bo sold per acre, but as a complete, highly-developed going concern, with exceptional appliances and facilities for economic, high-class, profitable dairy farming, calf-rearing and fattening. The plant, buildings, and premises, mostly installed just before the rise in prices, cost over £2OOO, and include the following: 1. A 200-gallon manure tank, with wheels and shafts, is provided for removing and distributing daily all solid and liquid manure and hosing with ample water under_ high pressure keeps the whole premises sweet, clean, and safe. 7. Largo Alfa Laval separator, and all belts, pulleys, and hose for this and other machinery. Special milk-cooling shoot, large milk-filling tray, ventilating locked cover for cons, while standing overnight in oart; 6 thirtygallon Harvey milk cans, a milk agita- : A tor, and all the stationary and loose apparatus (ineludipg tubes, teat cups, etc.) of the Ridd milking plant, as now in use, are included as part of £ Lot 3, HOMESTEAD FARM. The milk cart, smaller milk cans, buckets, tools, and other movables, not mentioned above, will be sold separately. 8.
