Comedy is the outstanding note of an attractive programme of pictures at the Octagon Theatre. Pride of place is held by “La La Lucille,” a musical comedy on tho screen, and the supports include a comedy, topical, and other interesting films. Pleasant music is supplied by the orchestra.

Tom Miv, in “The Speed-Maniac,” is the present attraction at the Grand and Plaza ’theatres. Many daring “stunts” are performed by the popular hero, and the picture is crammed with thrills of excitement. An excellent list of supports completes the bill.
