RUSSIA, OLD AND NEW
Mr John Gilchrist will deliver a lecture on "Russia, Old and New" in the Plaza Thoatre on. Sunday night. The lecture will be illustrated by a series of pictures o. incidents and personalities. These will shown by means of a powerful limolight lantern. Tho lecturer is one well qualified to deal with tho matter, in so far as one < vn who has not -visited Russia, but who has consulted the books, pamphlets, etc., written by those who in the past and present have had that privilege. It will bo interesting to listen to a ease for the defence. It will be remembered that Mr Gilchrist stood as nffieial Labour candidate for Chalmers at last election.
